SHINE has been an ISO-registered company since 1996. Today, our Adams, Massachusetts facility is registered to the ISO 9001:2015 standard from the International Standards Organization (ISO).

ANAB

SHINE is accredited by ANAB, which is jointly owned by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Accreditation assures industry and government decision-makers that accredited organizations are competent and dependable.

IPC/WHMA-A-620

All SHINE cables are built and tested to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard from the Association Connecting Electronic Industries (IPC) and the Wire Harness Manufacturers Association (WHMA). This is the only industry consensus standard for requirements and acceptance of cable and wire harness assemblies. SHINE is a WHMA member and contributed to the development of the IPC 620 (Current Rev) standard.

UL and CSA

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) maintain numerous quality standards for wire and cable products. SHINE has a UL Recognized Registration (# E111307) and is CSA recognized.

RoHS

SHINE manufacturers wire and cable products that comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive from the European Union (EU). This well-established directive applies to materials used in the production of electronic devices and equipment in numerous categories.
