What is ISO 9001:2015?

ISO 9001:2015 (sometimes written as ISO9001:2015) outlines the quality management system (QMS) requirements that an organization like SHINE must maintain to achieve certification according to requirements from the International Standards Organization (ISO). There are multiple documents in the ISO 9000 group of standards, but ISO 9001:2015 is the only ISO standard that requires certification.
